Excellent Location for exploring the old town and the local area. Rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious. Huge bathroom in the junior suite with a double shower and a huge bath that could accommodate at least 6 people. We enjoyed the restaurant too. Helpful and amusing waiter coupled with fine food was really an experience. Breakfast was fine and you could get freshly cooked eggs to order with bacon if desired. Refreshments were on offer in reception which was nice. Free water was provided in the mini bar every day.

Beautiful old historic building minutes from the lively square with plenty of cafes bars and shops! Friendly welcome and we were shown to our reserved car parking space. The hotel can be accessed from the car parking area which is very secure. Our twin room was adequate in size with a good en-suite bathroom, comfortable and clean. The room overlooked the car parking ! Drinks were available in the imposing lounge and bar and our dog was welcome. Due to rain we had dinner in the bar area, the food choice for vegetarians was, as usual, a bit limited, and quite small portions! But good quality. Breakfast was a little disappointing, poor choice of breads and coffee not great! We ordered eggs but they arrived almost as soon as we had ordered and whilst still eating cereals...perhaps a minor point but was a little irritating! The service was not exactly friendly at breakfast! A point that was made to the very professional and helpful reception staff. Would we stay again - yes - Plascencia was lovely, a good stop to the ferry, and the hotel building stunning and location was great!

location is superb. beautiful building . however , staff were excellent - 10/10 for receptionists, helped us move rooms with no hassle and a superb recommendation for a great restaurant- Succo .11/10 for our breakfast waitress- so helpful and friendly. Thank you 😊

This charming hotel has a spacious room facing a square (not noisy). The hotel is close to all the sights and restaurants. The staff was very nice.

We liked the location of the hotel, the size of the room and the size of the comfortable beds. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. All the staff were so friendly. The breakfast was also delicious with a lovely selection of meat, cheese and especially the choice and variety of fresh fruit.

A fantastic hotel in the centre of Plasencia and a great location to stay to explore the town from. The restaurant was one of the most beautiful I've had breakfast in, and the continental breakfast spread was plentiful. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly - I can only apologise to them for my Spanish not being good enough having to rely on their English - which was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel!

What a unique property. Beautifully restored building- restored to leave as much of the original building in place vs maximizing the # of rooms. Big rooms and high ceilings. Room was blacked out and silent once you turned the lights out. Huge comfy 4 poster bed. Great night’s sleep and special feeling of being in historic building.

Beautiful historic building in the centre of the city, well repurposed to maintain rustic traditional features in a very comfortable, user friendly style. The spa was in a lovely setting in an original cellar area.

Good location. Secure car parking. Delightful staff. Comfortable room, spacious bathroom. Dog friendly. Ate in gastrobar, good evening Choices & breakfast.

The room was amazing, especially the bathroom, with a huge bathtub and shower. The entire hotel was beautiful and very well located.
